With Scuba Planet Mexico you can create personalized packages! You can dive in Playa del Carmen for shipwreck dives, bull sharks, turtle dives and much more. You can choose Cozumel where you will find amazing dive sites and, last but not last, you can choose the unique, exciting and unforgettable cenote dives.
Reservation policy
Deposits and cancellations:
- When confirming your dive package reservation, we'll ask a deposit via PayPal;
- The balance will be paid upon your arrival in Playa del Carmen. You can pay cash in USD, Euros and Mexican Pesos;
- If cancellation occurs more than 5 days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged;
- If cancellation occurs during the 4 days before your arrival, there will be no refund.
Weather:
Since nature is not under our control, occasionally the local harbor authorities close the port for navigation on one or more days of your stay for safety reasons.
When the port is officially closed, we are unable to take boats out for dives.
It can happens infrequently, but can occur.
In those cases diving must be rescheduled for another day or we can organize some cenote dives.
If it is not possible to recover the lost dive another day during your stay we will refund the amount charged.
